Why this exists. Everything on
the main log
is a closed incident: something happened, we fixed it, we watched it hold,
then we wrote it down with a number. That's honest, but it's also slower than
the mistake. This page is the difference — the incidents we're still
checking, written up as of today, edited in place as we learn more. Nothing
here has a number yet. When one closes, it moves to the main log as one
ordinary entry and this page stops mentioning it separately.
